Max Pl is one of the most refined posts in Entreq’s Max range.

Designed for use with Ground Boxes and also the Corepoint units supplied with every ERS cable,  Max Pl builds on the Tungsten foundation shared across the range bringing a substantial gain in resolution, stability and the overall presence of the music to whichever host product you add it to.

The Max Pl continues the hierarchy from the Max Pa, and it takes everything that post does further. Even more air and a deeper, wider, taller sound stage — it opens up the whole register, fleshing out the performance even further, to the point where removing it becomes difficult.

Where Max T, Max S and Max Ti each lift the performance of the system audibly, Max Pl (and the Max Pa below it) offers a marked increase in performance with much improved resolution, stability and the overall presence of the music.

Like every Entreq Max post the Max Pl contains a specific configuration of materials housed in a wooden body, designed to influence the electromagnetic behaviour at the reference point of a Corepoint unit or a ground box. The wooden body is chosen for its electromagnetic neutrality, letting the active materials inside do their work without interference from the housing itself.
