Stillpoints Ultra 1 S V2 2024

The Ultra 1 is the entry level model from Stillpoints, they are available in 2 versions, the Ultra 1 E 2024 and the Ultra 1 S 2024

The S version is designed to be used under loudspeakers and are superior in performance to the now discontinued Ultra SS

They are incredibly powerful in terms of their ability to mechanically lower the noise floor and improve the performance of whatever speakers you use them with.

The Ultra 1 S is only available in a powder coated black finish, the S has an adjustable top hat (like the Ultra SS) to allow for levelling adjustment, the other end has a 1/4-20 thread which Stillpoints thread adapter can be used to physically attached the Ultra 1 S to your speakers instead of the spikes. Adapters are available in many different thread sizes, M6, M8, M10 all the way up to M24 and 3/8″, custom adapters are not an issue either if you speakers use a unique thread size/pitch.

If using Ultra 1 S under standmount speakers you will get the best performance from them if you place them in-between the speaker and the stand, not underneath the stand.

By placing Stillpoints under your loudspeaker you heighten transparency, increase the air and space that exists around the musicians, they also improve bass weight and scale, they are not a subtle addition at all.
