OePhi Lounge 2 Loudspeakers

OePhi Lounge 2 Loudpseakers are entry level standmount loudspeaker from the highly acclaimed Danish brand, OePhi.

They are the same physical size as the other 3 standmount speakers in their range, the Ascendence 2,  Transcendence 2 and the Immanence 2. Standing at 35cm tall they are certainly not an large imposing loudspeaker and won’t dominate or take over your living room.

The Lounge 2 exemplifies OePhi’s commitment to producing a speaker which delivers serious performance and superb credentials, but priced at a more accessible level.

The Lounge 2 uses the same highly modified SEAS tweeter as the Ascendence and Transcendence models, this tweeter has effectively been rebuilt in-house by OePhi to their specifications and this elevates the performance to a level not normally associated with a speaker at this price point.

The Lounge 2 is priced incredibly aggressively relative to the level of performance the speaker is capable of delivering. It may be OePhi’s entry level standmount speaker but it certainly doesn’t sound like one, with a level of transparency and realism which is unheard of for this sort price point.
